Who Am I?
Fitness and nutrition have been my passion since childhood. A former athlete and professional football
player, I’m now a certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach with a Diploma from K-11 School of Fitness Sciences.
With years of gym and freelance experience, I’ve helped clients transform both body and mind.
Beyond coaching, I’m also a public speaker, conducting seminars and workshops at schools, colleges, and
organizations to spread awareness about holistic well-being.
To me, fitness and nutrition go beyond workouts and diet charts — they’re about building resilience,
